ACami is built and run by one Chicago parent, not a support team — so there is no phone line and no live chat, but email reaches a real person and we read every message.

General questions and support

For anything about your account, a practice session, or something that looks wrong, email tfmcmahon@gmail.com. If you're signed in, your account settings page can also send a report directly, which attaches the context we need to look into it.

Billing

A pass bought within the last 7 days is refundable from your account settings, any time — no email needed. For anything else about a purchase, email tfmcmahon@gmail.com and mention the account it's on.

Tutors and partners

An independent tutor who wants to be listed alongside the product should use the inquiry form on the Partners page instead of emailing — it asks for exactly what we need to review a listing, and there is no fee for one.

Privacy and legal

Requests about your data — a copy, a correction, a deletion — and formal legal notices also go to tfmcmahon@gmail.com. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for what each one covers.
